Shipping & Returns

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email vip@skirtcompare.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely, include the RA number, and ship it to the provided return address.
Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, we will notify you and initiate the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns, including:

Final sale or clearance items.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order once your refund is processed. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately at vip@skirtcompare.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
